Purchasing from Lovelace
To place an order, provide your name, delivery address, and payment details. You’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A final confirmation is sent once payment is approved and items are ready for shipment.

Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption. We do not have access to your card details—only our certified payment provider does. Your contact and payment data is treated as strictly confidential.
Taxes, VAT & Customs
EU Customers
- Prices include Danish VAT
- No customs duty due to the free movement of goods
Non-EU Customers
- VAT is deducted at checkout
- You may incur local import taxes or customs fees, which are your responsibility. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times (approximate):
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Scandinavia: 1–6 business days
Free shipping within Denmark on orders over 599 DKK.
Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. We use trusted carriers for both domestic and international orders.
Damaged or Missing Items
All items are insured during shipping. Please check your order upon arrival. If your package or its contents are damaged, notify the carrier DAO and contact us within 2 days.
If your order hasn’t arrived, email us at info@shoplovelace.dk with your order number, and we’ll help track it.
